Join this Ashtanga Yoga Beginners’ Course in the heart of Horsham and on Zoom. We will introduce you to the foundations of yoga, such as yogic breathwork, postural, meditation, and relaxation practices. All designed to bring more balance, health and wellbeing to your daily life.
This course is a part of our trio series of Pranayama & Meditation Courses, designed for the dedicated yoga practitioners, teachers & trainees. During about 9 hours of training part 1 you’ll explore the intricate connection of your breath, mind, and spirit. You’ll learn, understand and experience first hand the philosophy and technique of the higher limbs of yoga, developing your independent, profound, and healing self-practice.
