We’re back to the studio, remaining online as well! To celebrate the re-opening, we offer Iriness’ well established Beginners Yoga Course for new to yoga, new to us, and yoga returners. During 6 weeks of the course you’ll be introduced to the foundations of yoga: breathing, Ashtanga vinyasa yoga postural flow, meditation, and relaxation. You will also learn to practise yoga by yourself, taking ownership not only over your practice, but over your life and over your wellbeing.
