This 5-sessions course is part three of our Pranayama & Meditation series, accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals as a CPD module for yoga teachers. We’ll explore yogic concepts of Ashrama, Svadharma, Gunas, Mudras, Prana, Vayus, and Kumbhaka. We’ll continue progressing with the learnt techniques and integrate new ones: Kumbhaka, Sitali, Sitkari, Simha mudra, Pratilom Ujjayi, Bhramari mudra along with Krishna meditation, Svadharma and Six-stage double up waves. We’ll also explore Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko methods of breathwork.
This 8-week course is part one of Pranayama and Meditation series. You’ll explore the intricate connection of your breath, mind, and spirit. You’ll better understand an underpinning philosophy and experience practices such as Kapalabhati Kriya, Stage waves, Complete yogic breathing, Anuloma and Viloma Ujjayi, Vasishta’s Nadi Shuddhi, Aurobindo’s, HamSah, Sphere of light Meditations along with yogic mudras, bandhas, and mantras.
For the first time in the Southern England’s history, we are hosting two globally acclaimed yoga teachers and educators from Australia, Gregor Maehle and Monica Gauci. Between them, they share more than 80 years of teaching experience, as well as vast knowledge and wisdom. During this event Monica will help us reveal and correct our unconscious postural patterns while Gregor will guide us through the philosophical insight into the practical journey of yogic meditation and samadhi, the pinnacle of yoga states.

This on-demand course is a first introduction to the world of yogic breathwork, energy-work called Pranayama. We designed it for both complete beginners as well as yoga teachers. It aims to help you recognise your breathing patterns and use the tools of yoga to help you balance in this stressful world, feeling more centred, healthy and aligned with your intentions.
