This workshop with our dear friend, Senior yoga teachers from New Zealand Debi Hendra, is about forming your confidence for holding freestanding handstands. Using proven drills to help build your strength, flexibility, balance and alignment for handstands this 2 hours session will take you on a fun and challenging journey with a true expert!
This masterclass will suit all levels including beginners, regulars and pregnancy, gently exploring movements to warm up the spine, explore shoulder and hip mobility and flexibility. This is a 90 minute journey to help release physical and mental tension, still the mind and leave with a feeling of calm and peace.
