This 35h course is an in-depth Pranayama and Meditation exploration. You’ll be methodically guided by the experienced Senior Teacher Irina Pashkevich Bourdier through philosophy, theory and practice of the higher limbs of Ashtanga yoga. The course aims not only to share with you classical pranayama, kriya and various meditation techniques of yoga, but to assist you in creating an inspiring and consistent self-practice, which will support your life in a profound way. We’ll also help enhance your teaching repertoire.
This 8-session, 15h course is part one of Pranayama and Meditation series. You’ll explore the intricate connection of your breath, mind, and spirit. This 5-session (10-hour) course is Part 2 of our three-part Pranayama & Yogic Meditation course series. You will continue to deepen your understanding and practice of kriya, pranayama, and yogic meditation. You will learn and practise the four stages of Nauli, Jala Neti, and Kapalabhati Kriya; Nadi Shuddhi, Chandra and Surya Bhedana, as well as explore deeper Chakra and Kundalini meditation practices. This 5-sessions course is part three of our Pranayama & Meditation series. We’ll explore yogic concepts of Ashrama, Svadharma, Gunas, Mudras, Prana, Vayus, and Kumbhaka. We’ll continue progressing with the learnt techniques and integrate new ones: Kumbhaka, Sitali, Sitkari, Simha mudra, Pratilom Ujjayi, Bhramari mudra along with Krishna meditation, Svadharma, Bhairava tantra meditations and Six-stage double up waves.
