This ongoing series of Friday morning 35 min classes intends to establish you into the classical breathwork and meditation of yoga. We aim to help you find and maintain balance through the yogic practices. The series is designed for mixed levels: from yoga beginners to yoga teachers and will be recorded for viewing within 60 days.
This interactive masterclass will be focused on the twists and designed for the experienced practitioners and yoga teachers. Guided by the Senior yoga teacher and Teachers trainer Irina Pashkevich and provides CPD points with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
This course will explore the Primary Series of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga. It will help you better understand and experience different aspects of the Ashtanga practice. The course will be held at our yoga school in the centre of Horsham and online. Sessions will be recorded and available for 30 days.
