Overview by Irina, retreat’s teacher
Following the wonderful retreat we shared in Greece in 2025, I am delighted to invite you to join me again in 2026 for a week of yoga, connection, and rejuvenation.
Those who came with me in 2025 will remember the magic of Limeni Village Hotel — its beauty and simplicity, the delicious cuisine, the extraordinary kindness of the hosts, and the way our group became a circle of joy, fun, and deep kindness. Such a joyful experience we’ve enjoyed together.
On this retreat, I will share with you the yoga practices that have illuminated my life for over 25 years. Each day will include morning Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Black Lotus yoga, and therapeutic sessions, as well as afternoon’s explorations of pranayama, meditation, chanting, yogic mythology, philosophy, and asana techniques.
My hope is that through these practices we connect on a profound level — allowing you to feel immersed, present, joyful, and deeply nourished. My intention is for you to return home rested, inspired, replenished, and renewed.
Come and join us in this stunning setting, and embark on a journey that nurtures both body and soul.

Hotel, food & wellness
This retreat invites you to the stunning and serene region of Peloponnese, in southwest Greece, known as Mani. Our hosts are a warm, welcoming local family who lovingly run the beautiful Limeni Village Hotel.
The hotel itself is a gem — built from natural stone and wood, with décor inspired by the Mani region. Its style is minimal yet heartfelt, creating a sense of calm and authenticity. Each room is elegantly designed, immaculately clean, and fully equipped with everything you may need: comfortable beds, air conditioning, toiletries, towels, a hair dryer, tea, coffee, and fresh water. And of course, every room offers unforgettable sea views.
A short walk down the hillside leads to a small, authentic beach, while the pool offers another serene place to relax and soak up the sun.
Limeni Village is celebrated not only for its striking location and beautiful rooms, but also for its kind hospitality and delicious cuisine. Our group dinners will be vegetarian and vegan, made from fresh, organic, local ingredients, with gluten-free options available. Each morning, a plentiful and nourishing brunch will be served and shared with other hotel guests — always a joyful gathering.
The hotel also has a relaxed bar, offering drinks, freshly made shakes, snacks, and additional food should you wish — though the generous brunch and dinner are usually more than enough.
For those seeking deeper relaxation, our dear friend Amina, a highly skilled exceptional massage therapist, will be available throughout the retreat to offer her healing treatments — a cherished highlight for many.

What do our students say about previous retreat & Irina Pashkevich
- “Dear Irina, Thank you so much for all the love and care you’ve put into planning and running such a special yoga retreat. We know how precious Limeni is to you, so thank you for sharing it and introducing us to it. It has been a wonderful week, of your inspiring teaching- all of it -the physical practice, the pranayama, the yoga philosophy, the chanting; plus the social side – the fun and laughter we’ve had together, and the wonderful dinners we’ve shared. What special memories we have to keep of this week. Namaste Irina 🙏🏽 – Your yoga students and friends xx 🩷💚💜🩵❤️” – Gerry, David, Richard, Nick, Amelia, Charlotte, Alex, Julie, Lisa, Horsham – Iriness yoga practitioners
- “Irina led a fabulous retreat in Limeni, Greece – a beautiful place for inspiring morning yoga Mysore practices. After practice (then a scrumptious brunch) we had free time to relax, explore locally and look for turtles in the bay beside the hotel! We had afternoon sessions with pranayama, meditation, mobility exercises and yoga philosophy, all led by Irina with her usual encouragement, passion for yoga and attention to each individual student. It was also a great opportunity to better get to know fellow yoga practitioners from Iriness and it helped me feel even more part of the Iriness community than before. The food was all delicious, the hotel very comfortable in a stunning location and the hotel staff were very kind and welcoming. I will definitely be going again!” – Amelia, Horsham – yoga teacher
- “Irina is simply one of the best yoga teachers that I have come across. I just wish I’d discovered her classes earlier! She is exceptionally knowledgeable and always creates a caring, supportive, safe and welcoming environment for everyone, with the practice tailored to each individual and their unique needs. After just four months at Iriness, my practice has shifted substantially. I have noticed changes in my energy, enthusiasm, mind-body alignment, and strength, and the ability to do postures that I thought would always be inaccessible. I’m always looking forward to the next class and would go everyday if I could. Irina’s studio holds a lovely community of people too. Cannot recommend highly enough.” – Isla, Cuckfield – yoga teacher
- “Irina’s yoga classes has enriched my practice in so many ways. As a beginner to Ashtanga practice, I was captivated from day one by Irina’s love of the practice, grounded energy, deep knowledge of anatomy and interrelationships in the body and also the humility that she embodies in her teaching. With great attention to detail and responsiveness to each of her student’s needs, practising with Irina is a bit like opening a door which opens another door and that opens another door.I learn a great deal on both the structured courses and in every practice. I enjoy practising and learning with Irina so much, as I feel both challenged and supported to grow in my yoga journey. It so helps to be with a great teacher who herself keeps on learning. Her knowledge, experience and reverence for the practice really helps build strong foundations of understanding. And simply understand the basics of Ashtanga vinyasa as well as get movement fundamentals right, in a safe and supported way. I feel deeply inspired to keep learning, with the balance of effort and ease and grace that practising with Irina brings and by seeing it in action. There is also room for exploration which I also enjoy. The sense of community at the studio is really lovely too, with really nice people who say hello in class. With gratitude, Shilina 🙏” – Shilina, East Sussex – yoga teacher
- “Irina is a super master: super professional, super smart, super patient, super clear, accurate and precise. I have learnt a lot from her, not only about yoga, but also about life. Irina has a very rare talent to teach without letting you feel bored or “detached”. My favourite part of the yoga course was the one which was dedicated to breathing! Thank you Irina for your warmth, your generosity and your time; you are one of a kind!” – Ilaria, Sheffield
- “Since I started practising yoga with Irina, I feel stronger and more in connection with myself from the physical and mental standpoints. Every time I join the class, I feel better, no matter which kind of day I had. Yoga tools help me with day to day life, giving one step at a time approach. Some things in yoga seem absolutely impossible to do at first, but then you suddenly achieve them, one step at a time. So I take this approach to my daily life too. I enjoy coming to Iriness every time, because of the community of people here and of the passion and dedication that Irina puts in each class. And, mostly, because of the tailored approach Irina has with every student. I am always looking forward to the next class. It’s a beautiful way to start your yoga journey at Iriness, every day you’ll discover yourself a little bit more.” – Laura, Horsham
- “Irina has a wealth of knowledge, expertise and patience, wrapped in humour and love for her students. Her wisdom and teachings of the asana combined with philosophy, have been an intrinsic part of my continuing yoga journey and encouraged me to delve deeper into my own practice. Irina’s enthusiasm for self development has ensured that we explore and discover all the time. She is never afraid to share her own learning and be open to the possibilities of what we can explore together.” – Louise, Horsham – yoga teacher
