“The most important thing for me is to work in a way that suits and feels comfortable for you. At the start of treatment we will discuss your goals for treatment. These goals will focus on the things you would like to change or be better after sessions together and we will ensure that we review these goals regularly. I welcome feedback from you, and in each session we will always make sure that we think about what worked well within the session and what you would like to be different for next time.” – Dr. Gemma Fisk
