If you are looking to recover from physical injuries, to find more calm and stillness within to alleviate tension, anxiety or depression – this will be a class for you. We’ll equip you with the tools of yoga (physical, breathing, meditation as well as somatic movement) for mental, emotional and physical healing.
This first 2023 workshop will help you understand your existing breathing patterns and discover new ways to improve your breathing for alleviation of stress, anxiety, panic attacks, and asthma. The event is based on the Oxygen advantage and Buteyko breathwork schools, scientifically proven since 1970th to improve many health conditions. It is guided by the Senior yoga teacher and Teachers’ trainer, Irina Pashkevich Bourdier.
This 8-session course is part one of our CPD series Pranayama and Meditation, accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals. You’ll explore the intricate connection of your breath, mind, and spirit. You’ll better understand an underpinning philosophy and experience practices such as Kapalabhati Kriya, Stage waves, Complete yogic breathing, Anuloma and Viloma Ujjayi, Vasishta’s Nadi Shuddhi, Aurobindo’s, HamSah, Sphere of light Meditations along with yogic mudras, bandhas, and mantras.
In this workshop we’ll explore the basic anatomy and physiology of the sacroiliac joints (SIJ). With the newly acquired understanding, we’ll learn therapeutic practices from somatics and yoga to heal and further maintain the stability and health of your SIJ.

Our guest Senior yoga teacher & Teacher’s trainer from Lime House Yoga Cornwall, JOCK ORTON, will look at the subtleties, alignment, and anatomy that are required to achieve these poses. You will learn how to create ‘lift-off’ using not just external muscular strength, but internal lift from the correct use of both the root locks. This 5-sessions course is part 2 of our trio series of Pranayama & Yogic Meditation Courses. You’ll continue deepening your understanding and practices of kriya, pranayama and yoga meditation. You’ll learn and practise four stages of Nauli, Jala Neti and Kapalabhati Kriya; Nadi Shuddhi, Chandra & Surya Bhedana as well as explorer deeper Chakra Kundalini Meditation. We welcome graduates of our part 1 course, Iriness students, yoga teachers and trainees as well as all of the dedicated yoga practitioners. This course is accredited as a CPD course by Yoga Alliance Professionals UK.
This 5-sessions course is part three of our Pranayama & Meditation series, accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals as a CPD module for yoga teachers. We’ll explore yogic concepts of Ashrama, Svadharma, Gunas, Mudras, Prana, Vayus, and Kumbhaka. We’ll continue progressing with the learnt techniques and integrate new ones: Kumbhaka, Sitali, Sitkari, Simha mudra, Pratilom Ujjayi, Bhramari mudra along with Krishna meditation, Svadharma and Six-stage double up waves. We’ll also explore Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko methods of breathwork.
This on-demand course is a first introduction to the world of yogic breathwork, energy-work called Pranayama. We designed it for both complete beginners as well as yoga teachers.
