Ashtanga Yoga Beginners Course is for new to yoga, new to us, and yoga returners. During 6 weeks of the course you’ll be introduced to the foundations of yoga: breathing, Ashtanga vinyasa yoga postural flow, meditation, and relaxation. You will also learn to integrate these practices into your daily life, gaining more wellbeing, energy, and health as well as ability to practise independently. Yogic practices will help you discover your self-healing faculty, bringing more balance, joy, and meaning in to your daily life.
This 8-week course is part one of our CPD series Pranayama & Meditation, accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals. You’ll explore the intricate connection of your breath, mind, and spirit. You’ll better understand an underpinning philosophy and experience practices such as Kapalabhati Kriya, Stage waves, Complete yogic breathing, Anuloma and Viloma Ujjayi, Vasishta’s Nadi Shuddhi, Aurobindo’s, HamSah, Sphere of light Meditations along with yogic mudras, bandhas, and mantras.
This 8-week course is part two of our CPD series Pranayama & Meditation, accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals. You’ll continue deepening your understanding and integration of the practices of kriya, pranayama and yoga meditation. You’ll learn four stages of Nauli, Jala Neti and Kapalabhati Kriya; Nadi Shuddhi, Chandra & Surya Bhedana as well as explore deeper Chakra Kundalini Meditation.
This 8-week course is part three of our CPD series Pranayama & Meditation, accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals. We’ll dive into the philosophy and practice of the higher limbs of Ashtanga yoga such as Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, and Dhyana. We’ll explore yogic concepts of Ashrama, Svadharma, Gunas, Mudras, Prana, Vayus, and Kumbhaka. We’ll continue progressing with earlier learnt techniques and integrate new ones.
